Description and Location
The property is located in North Bohemia, in the picturesque region of sandstone rocks and beautiful nature of the Lusatian Mountains. Only 200 meters from the cottage, a natural sandstone swimming pool invites you for a swim, also surrounded by a pine forest. Directly in the village, there are complete amenities: Several restaurants, grocery store, post office, Mlýny Forest Theatre and also an artistically carved playground for the little ones. The property is accessible by car and train (10 minutes walk).

Amenities and Interior
The cottage is habitable year-round and is ideal for weekly stays with a capacity of up to 7 people. Sleeping arrangements are divided between the living room with two single beds (2 people) and a bedroom equipped with two bunk beds (4 people) and one single bed (1 person). The interior consists of a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchenette where a TV and WiFi are available. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, two-burner electric cooker, kettle, and drip coffee maker. The bedroom is adjacent to the living room, from which there is access to the bathroom with a shower and toilet. Heating is provided by a glass-fronted wood-burning stove, and electric heaters are available as an alternative. Hot water is provided by a 200-liter boiler switched to night current. There is also a lockable shed on the property for the safe storage of bikes and skis.

Tips for Trips in the Surroundings
The surrounding nature offers ideal conditions for pleasant walks, with several hiking trails mapping the attractions of the area in detail, including nature reserves. In summer, the surroundings are suitable for cycling and walking. In winter, extensive cross-country skiing trails are available. A renowned ski center is located in Polevsko, 5 km away. The most popular is the Ski Areál Jedlová resort near Jiřetín pod Jedlovou (11 km away), which offers skiers two lifts (1200 m and 800 m), 5 km of downhill slopes and 5 km of marked cross-country trails.
